Design Review Information

If you are considering making improvements to your property, please keep in mind the Design Review Committee’s (DRC’s) calendar.  

This homeowner committee members work with the HOA’s professional architectural advisors to review and approve all changes to the exterior of your home and any changes to landscaping to assure compliance with the Community Design Guidelines to maintain the quality of Rancho Pacifica and preserve home values.  

Please be sure you submit an application before making any changes or beginning work on your property, as changes prior to approval can complicate and slow approvals and may result in additional costs to you.
