Ms. Richardson is a native of San Diego, is an experienced realtor and holds both a Bachelor and Master's Degree. She has more than 20 years of experience in working with community HOA's and property management increasing her knowledge of adherence to community design guidelines and overseeing the plan review process . Her experience spans across many fields such as estate management and consulting, project planning, review and oversight, special projects and event management.
